Prices
Legal Eagle prices are available upon request: The party submitting the Work Order Form is responsible for inspecting the documents for quantity and quality prior to duplication or scanning.
Work Order Form
Services requested on the Work Order Form will commence in a reasonable time frame
Remittance
Payment is due within 30 days of Legal Eagle's invoice date.
The party requesting services is solely responsible for paying Legal Eagle's invoice unless otherwise noted on the Work Order Form.
All payments must be received in full by the due date unless otherwise previously agreed upon in writing by Legal Eagle.
Those requesting third party work or services from Legal Eagle must furnish contact information for the party agreeing to pay for services and work rendered. All third party clients must produce a signed Authorization To Perform Services (ATPS) form to Legal Eagle agreeing to pay price rates before work will commence.
Third parties shall remit payment prior to receiving the performed work unless they have an established account in good standing with Legal Eagle and available credit in Legal Eagle's sole and absolute discretion.
Forms of Payment
Legal Eagle accepts checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Changes to Order
Should a change to the Work Order Form be requested during the production of services, the adjustment must be submitted in writing and the client agrees to be responsible for payment of work rendered prior to the alteration.
Past Due
Invoices that are past due (exceeding 30 days of invoice date) shall bear interest at the rate of 18 % per annum, compounded monthly on outstanding balances. Parties with unpaid invoices that exceed 90 days will be placed on COD status until outstanding invoices are paid and/or until Legal Eagle determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that good credit has been reestablished.
Default
Invoices that have aged to 120 days will be considered in default status. The party that requested services will be responsible for all fees and expenses incurred in the collection of the past due amounts, including but not limited to legal fees and court costs.
Binding Contract
The terms of this contract shall be governed by laws of the state of SC with Greenville County being the forum for any action. If a term or clause of this contract is deemed invalid, the remaining portion of the contract is valid and enforceable.
